Ensure standard operation procedures are being followed correctly and safely.
Candidate will rotate to different company departments to learn all company functions, policies and staff duties.
During trainee period, you will learn to identify all Ferrous and non-ferrous material and become well versed on the operation of a Scrap Recycling Center while supporting our management team as needed.
Candidate's salary will start at $60,000.
00 a year.
Salary can be adjusted if Candidate has prior Scrap Recycling Center Management experience.

Help Managers complete daily tasks Understand each departments daily processes and goals Provide administrative support ( e.

answering phones, data entry) Participate in company's daily planning REQUIREMENTS:
Experience in management or similar / relevant field (e.
g recycling industry, Maintenance experience or Military) Strong verbal/written presentation skills Good knowledge of simply math skills ( e.
g.
adding subtracting multiplying dividing) Effective communication skills college education preferred, H.
S.
/ GED required.
