The successful candidate will be responsible for providing support to grieving families, coordinating funeral services, and ensuring that all necessary paperwork is completed in a timely manner.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the funeral industry, excellent communication skills, and the ability to provide comfort and support to those in need.

Responsibilities:
Assist families in making arrangements for funerals and memorial services.
Coordinate with clergy, funeral home staff, and other service providers.
Ensure that all legal requirements are met for the disposition of the deceased.
Provide guidance to families on funeral customs and etiquette.
Provide support to families during the grieving process.
Educate families on the importance of preplanning their funeral arrangements.
Make sales of monuments and ancillary services offered by the funeral home.
Ensure that all necessary documents are completed accurately and in a timely manner.
Work with community members and organizations to network.
Grow personally and professionally.
Reach out of your comfort zone to learn new skills as we adapt to a changing market.
Other duties as may be discussed and assigned.
